I lost 5 lbs this week! I'm so excited that my diet has done this, my exercise has been dismal and that is due to my education and going to school at night. Which is a priority for me. I am thrilled and this is giving me the motivation I needed to stay strong and keep staying away from fried foods, liquor, and junk food!

My first weigh in is tomorrow morning, I'm a little worried this new diet isn't working. I follow the weight watchers and stay under my points (failing on this one night) but we have extra points to use each week. Anyway, i'm only eating 1000-1200 calories a day. I've always been told not to eat less than 1200 I need to find something that has calories but not alot of fat and isn't too many points to bring this back up.

I was pretty good this weekend, Friday I had steak but ate only two small corn tortillas with it. Saturday I went snowboarding and just had a bloody mary and a beer, and PBJ for lunch, and a burger (only ate half) for dinner. No alcohol Saturday night. Sunday I had a granola bar and salad for lunch, and a guacamole tostada for dinner. I had some shake but threw the rest out thanks to my friend Marie ;o)

Went to a bar last night to meet with my school group for a class project-- I had to big beers (one light one amber) and held myself off as I only ate 4 nachos and a handful of pickle chips. Pretty proud of myself for that as I could eat the entire plate usually. I did stop at Chickfila for dinner and got nuggets, but no fries or sweet tea. The funny thing I'm realizing is that I'm full from the nuggets alone. Crazy once you change your habits how it feels easy.
