Brian Adam wrote:
Has anybody right here have any knowledge about topical body fat burners . I've browsed multiple mixed feedbacks regarding supplements such as OxyElite Pro or Dermacut.
Below link suggest that cutting gels are very effective,

I am not sure that the information is correct or not. Does anybody have personal experience of using it??? Pl help.
Thanks
Hi,
About OxyElite Pro. . .
This product works, but it needs a lot of dedication. Anyone who wishes to add this product to their weight loss program should use this stuff with a good
healthy diet
and an hour of cardiovascular exercise daily, to get the maximum benefit from this product.

Rasberry keytones
I think I am going to try these as well. I saw the show on Dr. Oz and it looked promising.

OLD article on skipping breakfast

Hey guys.
These days I am getting my grip on another side of intermittent fasting - just eating within an 8 hour window of the day. For me, this is usually from 11AM (lunch at work) and until 7PM (past the "safe zone" to ensure time for dinner, and not go nuts on late night snacks).
Studying this topic, I came across this very interesting artice.

Hi, its good for you...
In the simplest terms, the 8-Hour Diet is a way of extending the period between your last snack and your “break fast,” giving your body the chance to burn away your fat stores for the energy it needs. And burn them it does. Good luck...

Does Coffee really halt weight loss?
coffeebiscuit wrote:
Hi,
I would just like to know if anyone has noticed differences in their weight loss with and without caffeine? I only take black coffee, between 1-2 cups a day and I was wondering if that somehow slows the weight loss process. That said, I have also read that coffee actually increases metabolism. Any idea?
No. Black
coffee
by itself is actually a natural appetite suppressant. But, by "ADDING" the sugar and milk and whipped topping and flavoring, that will hinder the weight loss...

Does Coffee really halt weight loss?
Thanks to everyone...
I would probably suggest always keeping a day-to-day account of every detail. Make a history of your results and problems such as exactly what, along with when, you eat and drink as well as how you feel during varied hours of the day. This is an excellent thing to do for weight loss anyhow.
