I'm a 45 yr old grandma to 4 boys and 1 girl and 1 more girl on the way. I have struggled with diets for about 20 years. I was on atkins, but it turns out I cannot follow that WOE due to the damage it caused my liver. So I switched to WW Online.

SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISTRESS I SURE NEED A BUDDY
I personally only walk because I have a back injury that prevents me from doing anything else-I tried and made my pain worse. I would LOVE to be able to do something-even yoga flares it up! I've never had tummy pain from working out though-unless I did a billion sit ups Smile

SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISTRESS I SURE NEED A BUDDY
I am in the same boat (sort of). I followed Atkins for 1 year before I found out I could not do it for medical reasons. I switched to Weight Watchers 2 1/2 weeks ago and gained three pounds, then lost a pound and have not budged this week but I totally exppected this due to the switch...all I can say is be patient, it will come. Feel free to add me as a buddy if you like Smile

Substituting Healthy(ish) Food for Non-Healthy Food
Lee, if you follow Atkins, there is a really good cauliflower pizza crust or one that is made out of cheese. I tried them both and they were realy good. For Lasagne I might try zucchini strips..I am not brave enough to try egg plant LOL

Linda's low carb site has the other crust recipes I mentioned.
