Nothing interesting. Just another somebody trying to lose a little weight and maintain relatively good health. 2nd time around on Atkins. I lost 60lbs back in 2006 & 2007 and gained 15 back in 2008, lost it, and gained the 15 back again by Feb 2010 so I'm getting back on track and working toward lifetime maintenance.

This journey is not ONLY about food...It's about SELF-discipline!

How does the index affect my Atkins diet? I know that I should be eating low index items, but that's the extent of my knowledge.
