I have had success with watching my diet and keeping of track of things in the past. The most I have ever weighed was about 220lbs, but I have also been as low as 175. Ideally, especially if I can build some more muscle, 185 would be nice for me, being 6'2".
I'm not much of a chef, and pretty well everything I eat comes out of a box or a bag, so I try to stick to portion control - lots of baby carrots and yogurts... 110 calorie pouches of meat... Bananas and fibre bars...
I also recently got a treadmill (for Christmas) so I'm doing my best to use it and use it often! :)
Hopefully I can get rid of this goddamn spare tire! That's my plan :)
