In September of 2009 I weighed in at 253 lbs and realized major changes were in order. I have since lost 18lbs primarily through slowly integrating both weight lifting and cardio, with little to minimal attention to diet. The next 12 weeks I plan on focusing on diet in conjunction with elevating the intensity and frequency of my workouts. My eventual goal is too reach 200-205lbs. The next 12-13 weeks im hoping to lose 25-30lbs! Wish me luck! Good luck to all of you!
