noticed on here if you put in an omelet for breakfast it is more. They must figure in adding milk. I do not use milk. I went in added the stuff seperate. It made a big difference in my numbers. But I also realized if I use taco meat in it, I even have to add taco seasoning. It pays to list all items seperate. Noticed the difference when I was looking at the Atkins book. Hope it helps someone.
