Cheat Days
I say keep the word cheat but replace the word "DAY" with "Meal". i do a cheat meal twice a week usualy on the weekends. If you look at it as calorie in vs calorie out you'll end up cheating with a healthier meal on those days

"instead of" is replacing with. example... 3 hrs walking instead of resting. it will take away 3 hours of resting and add 3 hours of walking.....does this make sense?

you can also set it up to where it automatically (defaults) has exercising and hours for the next day. that being said resting and sleeping is a default that they use here. i suggest that you use it because you do burn calories sleeping and resting and it helps know how much you burned that day

HCG
the diet does work for a short term thing. my mother and my brother both lost a lot of weight. The bad thing is it is a temporary. If you don't change your eating lifestyle you will gain it all back. It is a lifestyle change. Eat right and exercise is all you have to do!!!!!! Lower carb's and walk 30 min to 1 hr a day

HELP! I need telling off before I ruin today :(
my daily routine goes something like this...

Monday- Friday up early for 30 min of cardio. have a well balanced meal. every 2 to 3hrs i am eating. but it is fruits and vegetables. with a protein shake in between. making sure i am getting protein, carbs, and fats in every meal (snack). workout for 1 hr at lunch eating lunch 45min after workout.

2 days a week i have my cheat days. i eat whatever i want for one meal a day. trying to break even those days with calories in and calories out

for the last 6 weeks i am down 15 lbs losing an average of 2 lbs a week.

hoe this helped..... Good Luck
