I'm 5'10" and I'm trying to shred the pregnancy weight plus some extra I was already carrying before the pregnancy. Short term goal basics: 1kg per week. Mid-term goal: reach 85kg. Target goal: 78kg. Ultimate goal changed now to 65kg (so I can have a 'slack' if I get pregnant again). Long-term goal: stay on the 70's...
I decided to give some 'treats' for me as I shred pounds... so lets settle them:
102kg - haircut and new creams from Elemis and/or L'Occitane
95kg - a bravissimo lingerie set
90kg - boden skirt/top/shoe
85kg - new dress
80kg - spa massage/day
79kg - new wardrobe!
And if I keep below 79kg, I will try to give me a spa day every month!
65kg - a weekend in Paris.
