New To Site
I am 299 and I know how you feel. I am 28 and was never fat ubtill I got pregnant and that is when I discovered my fast food addiction. As the years went by I kept gaining it. Now I am 28 and done having my children after 6 kids and my youniest the twins are 5 months, it is time to get it off. I dont currently have health issues, and I want to keep it that way. I want to have more energy to keep up with my kids and play with them the way they deserve. I want to always be here for them. I am determened to kick the fast food addiction, and change my eating habits for the long haul. You should check out the fast food/junk food addiction challenge. It is about new healthy lifestyle changes. Good luck and we are here for you as I am sure you are here for us as well.

How do I add foods to my calendar
You fill in the blanks right off the food label. You have to enter all the black and the gray spots are optional. Then you hit save and it will calculate everything. Then you verify and save again, and then to the left of the screen is a spot to add food. You can also find some of the foods already entered by looking under search, at the bottom it will usually have a link for more of thhe items list. If you still cant get it let me know. ThanksSmile

I don't want to be a buzz kill, but...
I like this site much better then WW etools and its free. Everyone seems like they truly want to be helpful. I also love that even this site keeps track of your points under the food diary.
