The best solution I've found is to keep myself busy as hell. No time for boredom bingeing when I'm on the go, at work, at the gym, cooking, taking classes and trying to keep up with life!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every morning! I'm still pretty far from my goal weight so I can afford to weigh in daily without feeling too discouraged. I also find that it keeps me honest. I only record my total week's loss on Monday mornings. Smile
