I have been eating better, but still can not get myself to start working out. By the time I get off work, pick up my daughter, and get home...all I want to do is relax on the couch!

Anyone else in Texas looking for a diet buddy? I am stuck in a rut and just gaining more and more. I am ready to make a change...have to because I am now wearing my hubby's shirts!
