I ran 13 miles yesterday and ate 1500 calories. This morning i gained 2lbs. Help! So upset!
It could be weight gain from muscle not from fat. I heard that you gain before you lose because muscle weigh more then fat so just know that your doing the right thing and if you stick to what you believe in is right things will turn around in no time. Just dont give up keep your head in it. Trust me I cant stand looking at the scale when I keep seeing the number stay the same. Good luck
