Hi, I'm Mimi and I am 28 years old. I had an all time high weight of 303 lbs just before I got pregnant with my 1st daughter, that was in 2007, I actually lost about 10 lbs after having my daughter that stayed off! Then Dec. 2008 I decided to get serious about weigth loss and dropped 60 lbs from Jan to Aug, then I got pregnant. I am at my per-pregnancy weight of 235 after the birth of our 2nd daughter who is now 4 months old and I need to take off the rest of the weight. I need to loose 55 lbs and I can do this! I need to stay motivated and get moving. I am over half way to my goal and I just need to get through the last half!

I'm a gamer!!!
Hi, I am happy there are so many gamers out there! As for the Wii, get it! I know people worry that the novelity will wear off but you can play activity games on it as well as use a noraml controller for regular games. Also, my husband and I used to runa board game club and I am glad to see some board game player out there too!

Yeah my husbadn got Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii to loose weight and plays it faithfully and he has lost 10 lbs in TWO weeks!!!! That is awesome!

How do I start... again
Thanks so much! The best things about these responces are that they make me feel motivated to actually do something!! I especially like poiunting out that treating myself better will teach my daughter to treat herself better and she deserves the BEST! Thanks for all the advice. And I think more silly dancing does need to be done.Very Happy

How do I start... again
I am unsure of where to begin with the weight loss. How do I stay empowered and upbeat? What is best way to exercise? Doesn't walking by yourself seem weird? Worse yet walking with a baby so you can't listen to music. How do you turn down home made cookies when they are everywhere? I just need help starting over again... how do I do it?

Need to find others with over 100 pounds to lose...
I need to loose 105 ponds... I wish it was much less, but I guess with some time and effort it will be less. I too hate that I have let myself get this way, but that is why we are here. I have a goal of 100 pounds in a year, that would great. Next Christmas I could be looking good!
