Pregnancy and weight
Hi guys, i just recently found out that I am pregnant - approaching 11 weeks soon. I have already gained close to 3 kg ! I have been reading online and they say that in the first trimester you shouldnt be adding any extra calories. I find myself eating a lot more junk and eating to curb the nausea.. Any tips ? does anyone have an eating plan? Thanks!!

Thank you so very much! I like what you said "don't tell yourself i'll never have another cupcake, just say today I won't,
before you put something in your mouth stop and think, does this have any nutritional value for me and my body and if not then why am I eating it"
