I am a 38 year old wife and mom. I work in a restaurant two nights a week and spend the rest of my time raising my three incredible children (3 yrs and 16 month twins). It is now time to start taking care of myself as well. I want to lose 10-15 pounds and maintain that new weight, as well as learn how to make healthy yet tasty meals for my entire family.

dinner planning with small children
Anyone out there have small children and plan a weeks worth of healthy dinners on Sundays? I have a three year old and twins who are one and a half. They will eat healthy stuff, but the little ones, are not good with spoons so things like yogurt, soup, quinoa, are difficult right now. I would LOVE some ideas/recipes/tips on things to make (in advance wouldn't hurt either)that are healthy that we could all eat so I am not making multiple meals. Additional info, I am doing 1300/day calories with higher protein right now for myself to drop a few pounds but I am willing to adjust my portions sizes if wwe can all eat the same thing. Any help is appreciated
