Pretty mellow person, that's probably why I let myself get so heavy (458 Pounds!). I never stressed about it too much until it got so bad that I realized that it was the worst thing I ever let happen. That was on my birthday July 30th 2009.

Accountability is key to changing whats wrong with any situation (IMO). I fully accept that I did this to myself and only I can fix it.

Low calories but lots of satisfaction?
A great healthy salad dressing I make is Greek Tzatziki Sauce. It is awesome on chicken, Gyro's, tuna, and any salad. It is a great mayonnaise replacement. Here is a down and dirty quick recipe.

Nonfat Greek Yogurt
Cucumber run through a food processor and then strain the water out
Garlic
Very small amount of dill
Little lemon juice
Mix well and chill
