working out
here is the problem I weigh 220 lbs I have very bad knees and they hurt me so bad I wake up at night in pain. I need to workout but it seems to be making my legs hurt even worse and its getting colder here in Michigan and that does not help them at all...Any ideas and I know swimming is better for joints but because you use your legs alot that even hurts me...I really want to do this right this time and be healthy i need help..
