I'm a sister, aunt, news producer and shop-a-holic. I'm always on the go and don't always eat right.
I lost a ton of weight and kept it off for years and years after college, but slowly it crept back up and I'm taking charge before it all returns. I think I hit 30 and I heard my metabolism come to a halt. I'm 32 now and I try to work out 4 times a week and do cardio and pilates. I'm watching what I eat. It's a slow process, but I've held steady at 157 for several weeks and now I'm making the move to get down a few more pounds then maintain. My ultimate goal weight is 141, but I"d be happy at 147 because I think I could maintain it.
