I'm 24 years old and just beginning on a diet that may turn out to be the only one I've ever really followed consistently.
A vegetarian since I was 13, I just started eating fish here and there 3 years ago and I'm hoping to eat healthier.
For years and years, my diet consisted of cheese pizza, bagels, quesadillas, etc... In high school, it worked for me and I weighed about 100 pounds - well not anymore!
I am a junk food junkie that needs to change her viewpoint on food - Who's with me?
