Trying to finish it
Hi Stacey, I had the lap band about 3 years ago. The first 80 came of quickly, the next 25 (for me) took longer but with consistent exercise, I am strong and able to do more. I am still another 25 pounds from my goal however, I am not going to be a slave to the scale. Continue to follow our post-bariatric diet and keep up the exercise. Add some weights and listen to your body and how your clothes fit. GREAT JOB!!!

Why is it so difficult to stick with an exercise plan?
Maybe try going more often for less time. You could be pushing yourself too hard with 1 hours. Cut back a little on the time until you get back into a consistent routine. I joined the "4 days a week challenge" and that helped me keep motivated to meet the challenge. Don't give up and good luck.
