This site is starting to drive me crazy, everytime I have a good week I cannot put into my weight loss chart. This past week I lost 7 pounds but it will not let me enter it.
I controlled myself leading into Thanksgiving and then enjoyed Thanksgiving lunch and dinner. Then the next day I started back at phase 1 and stuck with it for 7 days and had a good loss. I was really looking to hit a 235 mark before the year is out, but now I am moving it down to 230 to leave myself about 10 to 15 pounds of loss next year.
Fat Smash gives me a feeling of portion control and I need that. I want to stick to it so I simply do and having structure helps me out.

I work on the road so this diet is fairly easy for me except the 9 hour drive I have twice. That makes it really tough on those two days due to spending 2 meals on the road each time.
I actually started the Fat Smash about 8 days ago now and tomorrow is technically my last day in the detox phase. I have decided that I am just going to stay in Phase 1 until I get home Friday though and then i will weigh for the first time since November 4.
My background is a little different than most I imagine. I had cut out about 90% of the meat out of my diet over the past 6 months so this isn't much of a stretch for me. I will be happy to get into Phase 2 for the simple reason of a little more convenience in food selection.
