I am a 36 years old from Columbia, MO. I used to be athletic, but after suffering an injury while serving in the military I stopped doing exercises and sport all together. After my injury I started to suffer from depression, which has contributed a lot to my weight gain, but after several years, a new life outlook, and my life changing for the best I have decided to loose all the weight I gained and start enjoying life again!
I have made it my first goal to loose 58lbs in 3 months. I am not really following a diet, but I have started to watch my calorie intake. I have started to lift weights, to walk more, and bought a new bike. I have started to do the challenges though this site and creating some other for myself. I know loosing weight is not easy, but I have to do it for me! My final goal is to loose 100lbs in 6 months. I know it is a tough goal, but I have my mind set and I know i will get there and I hope I can get some support from the wonderful people in this community!
I used to tell my friends, (life is too short to duel in the world of "what if"), but I have to start believing on those words again because it is true life is too short!
