How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh everyday first thing in the morning. If I see myself gaining I start that day cutting back and I continue until my weight returns to normal or what I think is normal. Weighing once a week does not work for me.

I think you should weigh everyday. I think working to loose 5lbs at a time is easier than looking at the total weight you want to loose. I think if you weigh everyday you know that your goal is 5ls and if you see yourself gaining you can cut back before things get out of control. One or two pounds is easier. This has worked for me for years.

How do you lose the last 10 lbs???
I suggest one week of fruits, vegtables and one daily meal replacement of Planet Pro Protein Meal Replacement which has 40 grams of protein and only 250 calories. I mix it with 16ounces of water, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 equal, several ice cubes in the blender. The protein in this shake will fill up up until the next meal. I keep this product on hand all the time just for lunch.

How do you lose the last 10 lbs???
Try a week of only fruits, vegtables and water. Get your protein from beans during that week. Instead of eating 3 meals a day..eat 5 to 6 small meals this will keep you feeling full. The reason for more meals: Fruits and veggies have more water that anything else so they go through our system quickly. You need to feel full or you will start eating anything you can get to your mouth. LoL
