performance: losing 7.0 lb a week
I am 44 years old and have been fighting my weight all my life. It has gotten worse in the last 15 years. My top weight has been 308lbs. When my scales reached 300lbs, I realized it was going to continue unless I made a radical change. I started on the Atkins diet and as of todays date, 2-5-07 I weigh 240lbs. I have slacked off a bit during the holidays, but I am starting today back on track. My goal is 150lbs and I am willing to listen to any advice.
