First day back to my WOE after a 3 week carb binge that consisted of multiple vacations and lots of beer. I was more hungry than I usually am on this WOE but know that will change once I get back to my normal baseline. It's always hard to re-start. Note to self, don't re-start. Stay on track! With my newfound wheat allergy I don's have the option of jumping on and off the wagon anymore.
