i am 53 years old and trying to be healthier. i did lose weight after going on thyroid meds a couple of years ago but i'd really like to get down another 15 - 20 pounds (depending on the day). i work full time and most days manage to get to curves on my lunch break. i enjoy tai chi, reading and have recently taken up knitting. i have been trying new things lately like skating and now i hope to try downhill skiing for the first time. we have two grown sons neither of whom live at home.
