lose fat not muscle
thanks!! i already do a lot of conditioning but its all core and the wrong parts of my legs
i do a lot of core and have hard muscles but the fat wont shift

I'm a gymnast, so i have a lot of muscle, but also fat and need to know how to lose the fat quickly and from the right places.
I hate my legs, inner thighs especially, and my tummy, but i have literally no bum and don't want to lose any more fat from there, HELP!!
