Hello all! I need to loose at least 33pounds and KEEP IT OFF!! I tend to loose weight at a steady pace as long as I work out and somewhat monitor my calorie intake. I am one of those people who use to be able to eat any and everything and loose weight but now it's reversed...lol.. I can eat nothing and gain weight...lol... My goal is to be able to maintain a weight of 150-160lbs. However I'll take 143pounds (my weight about 7 or 8 years ago) if I can get there.
