ARE BARS THE SAME AS SHAKES
hey thanks for the advice!!!! I dont eat barsbut if I do I will make sure they dont have SA. and yes I am trying to figure out what is blocking my weight loss so I think I will try not useing shake for a week or so.

Hello I hear on here that a person should watch how many atkin bars a person eats. So what I was wondering are the shakes the same as bars and should you watch how many you ENJOY??
