I feel terrible about myself. I am 5foot 4 inches and weighed 171 lbs at the start of this Atkin diet. I would like to lose 50lbs by 49th birthday in April. I'm tired of wearing big baggy clothes to cover my fat. I think I'll do it this time because my husband is on Atkins with me. We;ve been married almost 30 years... together we can do anything!
