Need advice about starting Weight Watchers Online for couples
I previously did the points with Weight Watchers and lost 20 lbs. It does work, but you have to be smart about where your points are coming from, I feel it is more of a portion control diet, as you have to weigh/measure what you eat so you are getting the correct points. It makes you look at a serving size and once you do you are more likely to stick with the smaller amount than if you hadn't looked at all.
