I am 59 years old (until October) and work as a site manager for a property management company. I am in charge of two apartment complexes that are HUD Section 8 subsidy housing--one in Bend, Oregon and one in Prineville, Oregon. They keep me hopping.

I lost 50 pounds on the South Beach Diet in 6 months about 3 years ago and have been unable to lose any more. I had maintained my weight loss until January of this year (2008) when I gained 15 pounds and panicked. I have since then lost about 12 of those pounds. Then I started exercising, counting calories and working HARD on this weight loss project and have not lost ANY weight in 2 months. Very frustrating.
