Anyone else with Busy schedules exhausted?
If I don't substitute I exercise for two hours, then come home eat lunch and go to afterschool care and then class. Yes sometimes for me its difficult to exercise and eat right when you are out all day, but I try my best to bring my stuff or eat the right things out. I sometimes have a full day that I don't have time at the gym. When I have a full day I do 20 push up in the morning and I will park a little far so I can walk to the place, so at least I do have some exercise.
Today
9 am - woke up
930 am - 1130 - gym
1130-115 pm - lunch and getting ready for work
130 - 600 pm = work
6- 1000 pm = class
10-1130 pm = Desk work
Tomorrow:
700 - 815 - Wake up and get ready (include 20 push ups)
815-845 - Driving.
845 - 355 - substitute with a 30 min lunch break
400-425 - driving
425 - 430 - walk
430 - 600 - afterschool care including cleaning
600 - 605 - Walk
605 - 610 - Driving
615 - 1000 - Class with 30 minute dinner break.
