I am 31 years old and this is not my first rodeo, or even my first time here on fatsecret. Before I was doing pre-designed weight loss plans, now I'm doing my own. I want to change my attitudes about food and health this time though, not just get to the right number. Any encouragement is appreciated.

I started my diet at 202 pounds and my goal is to get down to 160 by the end of September 2018.

I just started a week ago and I am starving
I'd agree with a lot of what people are saying. Eat more protein, healthier snacks, and spread them out more. I'm using MediFast, which is a high protein, low carb supplement based diet, and only eating about 900 calories a day when I'm following the diet right. At first, I was hungry all the time. I've been on it for three week now, I rarely feel hungry anymore and when I do it's time to eat again anyway.

More water, more but smaller meals (every 2 to 3 hours), and more protein.

Party Food
Does anyone have any good cold vegetable recipes that don't involve raw vegies? I'm going to a SuperBowl party and I want to bring something that I can snack on without feeling too guilty. Any suggestions?
