My mum has just given me a Vribapower plate thingy and Iv not heard much about them. I have tried to do some reseach on the internet but all i find is the propaganda for them. Does anyones else have or use one and tel me what they honestly think of it?

Booze - To count or not to count?
Hey. i have a tendancy to not drink that often but when i do, i do it in style n normally tend to drink around 12 vodka ands.... and a couple of cocktails. I have always found that the alcohol calories are the most leathel as after a night out drinking i can gain back about 3lbs. Not good times. I think if you are going to drink then you need to count the calories on these other wise you can be cheating yourself.

Americans..... Is it really what it looks like on TV?
I say this because when watching American TV shows everyone seems to get up at 5 am to go for a run or yoga or something before breakfast then work.

I can barely drag myself out of bed at 7.30 to get to work for 9.

Is this really true? Do you guys really do this?
