I am a stay-at-home mom to four wonderful children, ages 3 months, 2, 4, and 6. I have been happily married to my incredible husband for 8 years. I'm finishing my master's degree in special education and will graduate in August 2011. In my spare time I enjoy digital scrapbooking, camping, and running. Having been pregnant four times in the last seven years, my running has been very sporadic but I'm trying to build back up. I ran/walked a half-marathon in March 2010 and I plan to run another half in November. During each of my pregnancies I ate way more than I needed to so once again I'm trying to take the weight off. I find that keeping track of my calories is the most effective weight loss method for me.
