Does anybody else hate shopping for pants/jeans?
jenkie5 - I know that NY&Co and Limited DEFINITELY have a regular and a petites in the cuts I listed. Also, everything (except the 917s) are straight legged or bootcut, so if the Petites are too short, you should have a relatively easy time hemming a regular length pant!

5ft7 and 155?? There's no way in my head I can figure out how you can be "fat."
If you carry your weight in your hips and thighs, with a small stomach, you probably feel that way because of how "regular" clothes are cut. Old Navy and the Gap aren't going to work, they have a more straight cut down from the waist through the hip.
NY&Co has a 7th Ave Pant that is fabulous. You're probably a 6L or an 8L in their sizes. I can't remember which jeans have the similar cut, but one of the sales girls should be able to help.
Seven for All Mankind (TJ Maxx or Marshalls). Also a 6 or and 8-L should work for you.
Express "Eva" Jeans
The Limited Lexie Pant or 917 Denim
(You can find the express and limited pants often at TJ/Marshalls too)

Are all calories created equal? What's your take on it?
another relevant read, a study published in the AMA Journal, proving Basically says that "healthy carb" (low-glycemic-index) is superior to low-fat or low-carb:

Craving Chocolate...fighting hard not to give in.
Make a smoothie!! (I'm a serious smoothie pusher and the recipe below will seriously fill you up, you won't have room to binge...) Throw it all in a blender...
> Lite Silken Tofu or Fat Free Greek Yogurt
> big handful of frozen spinach or kale
> 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries or cherries
> 1 or 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Hershey's Special Dark, 100% Cacao Blend)
> Sweetener, if needed (I don't use it with the cherries, depends on how ripe the strawberries are. I usually go with Agave Nectar or Truvia)

putting in info
Fiber is technically a carb, to enter this properly, you'll need to put in 13 carbs, 9.5 fiber. You can add "net carbs" to your tracker, which is what is important on Atkins.
