How has gaingin weight changed your life?
I think this is an interesting aspect of weight. I am not very big ... I'd be happy losing 10 lbs. But even this little weight gain makes a difference.

Recently, I've become sensitive to women, in particular, saying things like they will avoid a certain food in order to be "good". I want to scream. Is that what being good is? Really? I thought it had to do with treating others well, being less judgmental, more understanding, etc. Apparently, I'm wrong. Forgoing ice cream is the key to "being good".

We can't change everyone else. But we can change the way we look at ourselves.

For example, I know that I didn't look THAT much better at 110 lbs. Other people don't know that and assume it, but they don't know that the curves would be gone at that point. So I accept myself as I am with intentions to lose about 10 lbs but not more.

UGH
Are you supposed to eat nothing and only drink lemonade? That's not healthy. What is it supposed to do besides make you feel hungry?

Also, if that 'someone' was nicer, he/she would be worth your time. Cleanse your life from mean people. It's worth it.

To keep my weight, I need to consume 1639 calories. So it looks like I should cut back to 1500 per day.
