School Nurse/CC Health Science Instructor, married to a farmer, 5 grown children,8 grandchildren ages 4 to 16,scattered across the country, all thriving. Enjoy the rural life, hobbies are gardening, flowers, quilting,reading and visiting children/grandchildren.. Like Country music and oldies but goodies fron the 60's and 70's. Football fan, KC Chiefs, Iowa Hawks. My sister and I, both pushing 60, plan to walk the Appalation Trail in sections. 30 days each summer starting 2011. I have been on a diet all my life, I have full wardrobes in size 7 through 16,what does that tell you? I can take it off and I can put it on, with a long term goal, (6 summers) maybe I can get it off and keep it off for a while. You are all invited to join us for all or part of the walk. Me and Laneyloo want to know if anyone knows how to shrink skin down after losing weight. The pounds finally come off but now we look like one of those basset hounds or something. Ant ideas?

Drinking water
I usually buy the walmart brand, I love the orange flavor. I do take lots of supplements, trying to make up for what I know is my not so healthy diet. Also recommended for ladies over fifty. I just added the fish oil supplement 3-6-9 from walmart, I have a lot less achy/stiff joints. That one made a difference.

Drinking water
Thanks, Jo, have tried to get off the caffiene but turn into a slug, a very irritable one. Drinking 64 oz a day with the crystal lite.
