I am 31 years old, and currently work from home doing Family Daycare...whilst the kids keep me busy, ive been putting on the weight. I need to change something NOW or i know ill get bigger. Best peice of advice i was given..."you wont magically get motivated if you dont enjoy diet and exercise, YOU just have to DO IT!!" And it seems to have played in my mind and now here i am :)

MICHELLE BRIDGES 12 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION
Hi all,
I would just like to say that i have tried Jenny Craig, weight watches, lite 'n' Easy and Tony Ferguson and i have failed at all of them...i find they are a waste of good money and they dont teach you anything. I have just signed up for the Michelle Bridges 12WBT and it is FABULOUS!!! It deals with you exercise, nutrition AND MOST IMPORTANTLY Your mind. I have been on it for 3 weeks, lost 4 kilos and i have already started to change body shape. I feel fantastic, and i can now reach 20cm past my toes rather than 8cm. The program educates you, you can touch base with other 12 weekers, and have live chats with Michelle every 2 weeks. I can already feel this has changed my life,the nutrition program she gives you is actually delicious and you can change it if you dont like something. The exercise program is fun and changes daily so you dont get bored, and i can already see when i come up with a excuse as to why i cant exercise and i kick it to the side and just DO IT! I have been exercising 6 days a week, not bad for someone who HATES exercise...This program really is LIFE CHANGING!! I am all for it 100%Smile

I Started the Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation challenge 3 1/2 weeks ago...i hate exercise and dieting and have tried many things in the past, and i usually only last 2 weeks...here i am, almost 4 weeks on and still going strong...exercising 6 days a week and sticking to 1200 calories a day (she sets exercise and nutrition programs for you for every day) She also helps you deal with the "head issues we all have" like staying motivated, recognizing our excuses etc. I have found this program AWESOME, the forums are great for support, and its only $199 for 12 weeks, or $20 a week for 12 weeks which is great if your on a budget. I almost fell off the wagon yesterday and i got on the forum, posted how i was feeling, got tonnes of support and ended up having the BEST work out ever. If you want to do it, you will do it, its all about getting your head right...ive lost 4 kg in 4 weeks, feel stronger and am more flexible (i can now reach 20cm past my toes compared to 8cm)and its all thanks to her weekly mind lessons that have made me and kept me motivated. I use her program with this one to keep on track. You can do it Personal Gain...and i highly recommend signing up to her program...it has been the answer ive been looking for Smile
