Where to begin?! Im 27 years old. I am a LPN and I'm married to a wonderful husband that has blessed me with 2 georgous children, 3 year old Caydn and 2 year old Braylie.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure (HTN) and have ballooned to a whopping 230lbs.

The last year has been a rollarcoaster when it comes to my weight. I had lost 25lbs just eating right and exercizing, but fell off the band wagon and have gained 17 lbs back.

I am thrilled to be doing this with my Mom. With each others support and know we can reach our goals, Mine is 150 lbs.

Thank you for everyone's support and understanding, I get irritated when people say: why cant you just...blah blah blah

Day 1!
Hi! This is day 1 of my journey to the woman I know is under all this weight! I knew her once, but after 2 kids with in 15 months...she is LONG forgotten! My goal is to lose 80lbs and get off my high blood pressure meds. I need support, and I am willing to help you in any way I can, because I KNOW how HARD this is!
