Getting discouraged
First comes forgiveness. Everyone lapses and we are our own worst critics.Then,the first question I ask myself is what might have triggered it. Then I write down what I eat for a few days without "nutritional editing". Sometimes I'll find a trigger food sneaking in. Sometimes my portions are too big. More often, they are too small and that can trigger a binge for me. If I have a few sleepless nights, a binge is soon to follow. Be gentle with yourself. And soon you will be back on track. What does the big kcal number mean in the exercise log?
Hello! I'm really new at this. What does the big kcal number mean in the exercise log and what should I be doing with it? Is that my goal number of calories to burn in a day? Thanks!
