The insanity of weight loss and gain. Weighed myself this evening I am down to 214 pounds. I did go to thebathroom 3 times today. Damn am I that full of waste????
I am going to change my eventual goal to 185 Lbs. I think that will be a more ideal weight going into my 50s.

How does this make any sense? After I went to the bathroom this morning I weighed myself and was 3.5 Lbs heavier than yesterday even though I was 500+ Calories in the whole. lol
I bet by Friday I will be down to 210, it is just amazing how the body can retain water and waste that can cause us to get bloated and weigh more than we would like even though we are dieting and eating right.
I think I am going to look again into removing Sodium from my diet.
The last time I did it seemed impossible as I would have to make every food I eat from scratch.

2400 Calories a day is where I want to be for the next 8 weeks. I am very comfortable at this level eating all kinds of delcious foods and even desserts.
195 Pounds will be such an awesome weight to be at. I should have my 6 pack back and my feet won't hurt at the end of a long day at work.
Ninteen Pounds away!!!

I hate carbs, they cause water retention and make you look like a damn elephant. Hard as hell to get Calorie goal without them damn Carbs. Hate Carbs with a passion today!
