I'm a mom to 3girls and Nana to one little boy.I have personally lost
30 lbs, all through the use of Beachbody products and transformed a lifestyle of unhealthy habits into healthy ones health and fitness. More incredibly I have taken my body fat and reduced it to 17% down from almost 30%.

I've used every Beachbody program out there ... starting with Turbo Jam, P90X, Slim in 6, Turbo Fire, Insanity, 10 Minute Trainer.... even recently completed The Ultimate Reset. In addition, I have completed many others Jillian Michaels, Billy Blanks and my own little design.

I am passionate about health and fitness and hope to inspire others to do the same. If you have questions, ask....I would love to help!

Love Life Fit
Hey everyone, I am that girl who did this, did that, well pretty much tried it all. Years of the roller coaster thing. I found that ridding myself of the DIET word and transitioning into a healthy lifestyle with exercise and good nutrition helped me get where I wanted to be and maintain it. I was blessed to have figured this out. I hope now to be able to give back hope to those that have been through this and help them do the same.

If it's you, let's connect =)

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weight myself once a week first thing in the morning. Its easy to get distracted by the number on the scale or overly obsessed causing us to crash diet, allow more calories and increases our stress level. Remember that tracking your weight is a good tool, allow taking your measurements is the best tool.

Need to adjust my daily total of Nutrition Facts
You can do it. As the member stated below its going to take a bit of time and dedication with reading labels and WRITING THINGS DOWN. Maybe try finding an app that you can use on your phone or computer to record things, helping you keep track of them. Overtime you will get the hang of it and have a better idea of what's okay to eat etc. Its a learning process, but you can do it Smile
