Hi Monica! I have quite a bit of weight to lose as well. I am ready to do this. I have had thyroid issues, but resently have fixed them. Let's do this together! I am doing a lowfat high protein diet. Nothing is off limits for me. I would love a buddy to talk diet foods with. I am always finding low fat delicious foods and am ready to share them... Krista
