We need a breakdown of FATS!
Doesn't fatsecret do that for you already? Not a trendline, but the percentages of each? That's how I found out my 60/30/10 proportion. I'm not exactly on Atkins as I'm not always in ketosis, but kind of a hybrid Atkins/primal thing.

We need a breakdown of FATS!
60% fat, 30% protein, 10% carbs. About 1800-2000 calories per day. Still losing weight.
HDL is up. LDL is down and Triglycerides are down. Blood pressure is also down.
If you want to gain weight, you can simply eat more calories on a similar proportioned diet, though it will be hard to eat more than 2500 calories in a day with this much fat in it.
