How Bad Do You Want It?
This video is more about training to win.
But I just wrote an article that said the same thing. You should be exercising and never realize it.
You're dead on.

How Bad Do You Want It?
Find your courage. Push yourself until you can no longer push, then dig deep and push more.
How bad do you really want this?

Very Low (healthy) Calories vs. Heavy Workouts.
Oh, and at 15, just stay active. Don't sit around and play video games all day (not that you do). You're growing still, like the other poster said. You NEED to eat. But eating a lot and not staying active is a recipe for obesity.

Very Low (healthy) Calories vs. Heavy Workouts.
I'm a male, 32 years old, 5'8''. I started last week at 194 and am currently at 190.
When I was in college, I ate whatever I wanted and was ripped. But I was in the gym every day. Now that my metabolism has slowed, I have to watch my intake.
But I don't care about the number on the scale, so much as how fit I am and look. But since times (age) has changed, caloric intake has become a concern.
My other kick is Atkins. I feel like the Atkins diet promotes the reduction of carbs, but without carbs, I can't work out AT ALL. It seems like the Atkins diet is great for people who sit around all day.
Fact or fiction?
