I am 26 years old and live in Cleveland, Ohio. The cold winters don't help me keep up any type of exercise routine. I went from working as a bartender 5 nights a week, at least 10 hours at a time, to sitting at a desk for 40 hours a week. The change in activity level has greatly affected my weight, gaining 15 lbs in less than a year. I am studying to become a chef, so I cook at home a ton. Unfortunately, right now I'm learning about baking and pastries, so....
I'm looking for a supportive group or person to help me stay on track and keep my focus.
