I am 33 years old and just had two babies in two years. They are 2.4 years old and 4 months old. I am nursing the baby still and need to keep my calorie count up somewhat. I work/drive 12 hours a day and go home to cook dinner for everyone. By the time I get done with the feedings, get my things together for the next day, and get everyone to bed, I am ready for bed myself.. Any suggestions for calorie-burning activities for my limited free-time would b welcome...
